Episode 15: Vulnerable Leadership

A seasoned international educator, Eileen began her career as a Mathematics teacher in New York in the mid 90’s. She has worked in private and public schools, American, British and international schools, in Europe, Asia, the US and in Africa. She has two masters degrees and a doctorate in educational leadership and policy. In 2007, Eileen transitioned into school leadership and is passionate about helping educators reflect often and grow in their teaching. Eileen and her husband Brown live in Qingdao, China where Eileen serves as the Deputy Head at a British International School.
