Episode #3: Restorative Practices

In Episode #3 I get to talk with Kathy Jo Standefer. Kathy Standefer is an Assistant Principal working with students from Kindergarten to fourth grade. She has been an educator for 28 years and has taught 1st grade to 6th grade, a Gifted and Talented Specialist, Administrator and Instructional Leader. Her primary focus has been in educating staff and parents on the benefits of a second language and understanding the process in the public school system and most recently training staff in the process of restorative practices and training students and families in life-long skills.
